Hannah + Jake | The Winslow

With Hannah and Jake living in Seattle, most of my initial communication was with Hannah’s mom, Kathi. It was so sweet and so obvious how much Kathi loved her daughter and knew exactly what she wanted for her wedding day! Once I passed Kathi’s test she looped Hannah in and as Kathi had promised, we got along great!

I loved Hannah’s vision for her wedding – Clean white linens highlighted with a ton of color via the bridesmaid’s dresses (and shoes!), centerpieces and cake flowers. The pops of color are not only right on trend for 2019, but such a fun mix with the industrial feel of The Winslow. Jake’s last name is Pearish, so their punny cake topper and koozies were my favorite!

Hannah and Jake were married at the beautiful St. Athanasius Church. After a sweet ceremony full of sentiment and tradition they were officially married! After taking their photos, Hannah, Jake and their parents arrived to the Winslow to get settled in before greeting their guests. One of the sweetest moments of the day was when Hannah and Jake did a practice of their first dance in the empty room. They had learned a choreographed dance and you could tell even with the calculated steps that they were having a blast and so in love.

Copper Kitchen outdid themselves with the best appetizers during cocktail hour – pizza bagel bites! Come on! Everyone enjoyed cocktail hour as the evening flowed into the reception and the celebration was in full swing. They had one of the coolest photo booths I have ever seen – It was a mirror! Guests had a blast posing and wearing all of the props and the interactive mirror added another element of entertainment!
