Melissa + Sam | Belmont Manor

Anyone who has ever been to, or worked at, a wedding at Belmont Manor knows that it’s guaranteed to be gorgeous. What’s not guaranteed is that the weather will match the beauty of the gardens and manor house that Belmont is known for. Thankfully, it did for Melissa and Sam!

It didn’t take more than a single conversation for me to get pumped about Melissa and Sam’s wedding. I’m a sucker for floral arrangements so when Melissa told me about her desire for peonies and garden roses, I knew I had met my match. Elegant, lush florals lined the dance floor and decorated the tables. Even Melissa and Sam’s dog Cloud (and Cloud’s best friend!) were decked out in eucalyptus garland along with the head table, bars and tent.

Not a single detail was overlooked. The couple’s monogram popped up in places like behind the cake table and on pillows on the bride and groom’s chairs. Guests sat at tables named after Baltimore neighborhoods, bocce ball was played on the lawn, a tea set was thoughtfully displayed on the memory table and bubbles set the stage for the bride and groom’s last dance. Champagne poppers and pastries were even handed out to guests as they boarded the bus at the end of the night!

The couples’ love of wine was also creatively displayed throughout the evening in the form of table number stands, the card box and wine pairings listed on the menus at each place setting.

Melissa and Sam were truly one of those couples that’s just an absolute joy to work with. Sam’s calmness is a perfect match for Melissa’s organization and energy. They are both so welcoming and so much fun to be around. It’s certainly not hard to tell why they’re meant for each other.

Melissa and Sam, thank you so much for inviting me into your home and allowing me to be a part of what was honestly one of the prettiest weddings I’ve ever been a part of.
