Laura and Travis were the easiest-going, fun-loving couple! A first dance, elaborate flowers and fancy, seated dinners were not important to them. They were much more focused on their guests having a blast and wanted to enjoy the killer venue they booked for their wedding-- The Maryland Science Center!
Including pops of royal blue and handmade mountains in their wedding design, they were able to incorporate their love of Travis’ home state of Montana. Even the cake had stunning mountain ranges! The florals were kept simple with a variety of bud vases filled with wild flowers, which were the perfect touch on the tables. Plus... let's be honest... there isn't much you can do, decor-wise, to compete with a giant t-rex looming over the reception!
Even though it was a windy, cloudy day, everything was beautiful and the couple was able to take full advantage of the fabulous rooftop at the Science Center! During cocktail hour guests enjoyed the view of Baltimore’s Inner Harbor and were treated to a violin performance by a close friend to the couple. Downstairs, guests were able to enjoy the exhibits of the Science Center while they made their rounds to delicious food stations! It was a night that I'm sure their guests won't ever forget!
Laura and Travis I hope your first year of marriage was amazing! Happy Anniversary!
